Porting purgatory…

I’ve tried several times to get help porting my number to mint mobile. Does anyone even read the emails? My port request is in purgatory due to getting the wrong info about the carrier to send the port request to. After getting information about a different carrier to send the requested to , mint mobile isn’t able to cancel the request. I’ve reached out numerous times via email for help and getting nothing. Beginning to think I’ve been scammed out of my money.
