Its been more than 4 hours but still my number is not active.

I look at the timeframe for number activation and it says 2-3 hours for "Get it now" Numbers. But it has been more than 4 hours and still my number is not active.

And i created the ticket two times but still didn't get any response from the support?

How long is it gonna take?
