Unauthorized Port Outs
Going on two weeks since two of my parked numbers were ported out without my authorization. I did not initiate the ports and only received email notifications that the numbers had been ported out. I have emailed multiple times and have four tickets open now and still NO RESPONSE. I paid PREMIUM fees for these numbers and nobody has cared to respond or resolve the issue.
