Hey Eddy Stevens, thanks for the post. I see that a team member was able to get in touch with you and will keep you updated on the progress of this issue.

I am wondering if the required sending of an invoice to companies like Twilio someone in their organization is using that data to port our numbers (or selling the data to third parties) but there has GOT to be more stringent checks than this in place I paid a lot of money to have these numbers this is theft!

Was this fixed? I unlocked mines to port out but never went to store to complete port. Just got message today that number has been ported out from number barn.

    Hi,

I also just received 2 emails about 45 minutes ago where 2 of my parked lines are also ported out without my authorization. Is NumberBarn being hacked? I submitted 2 support tickets already.

I am absolutely furious that my two parking phone numbers were ported out without my consent, and this was done simultaneously. I did not authorize any such transfer. I have diligently paid for and maintained my parking without missing a single payment, only to have it stolen in this manner. This is utterly unacceptable.

The same thing happened to one of my numbers today. No notification of port out initiation or pending transfer. I only received one email when the port out was complete. I have access to the logs on my email server and do not see any other emails from NumberBarn prior to the port out complete one. My password was 20 random characters made by a password manager, it was not guessed or change. Insider threat?

Hello to all, I'm sorry about the slow response here in the community. I believe that many of you already contacted customer support and received a response. Essentially, we do move numbers between carriers internally while still servicing your numbers at NumberBarn.

During one of these moves, we errantly notified customers that their numbers ported out when they in fact did not. If you have any questions or do not see your numbers in your account, please let me know and we'll look right away.
