No Information in Port Out Tab
When I click the port out tab, it says "We are unable to display porting information for this telephone number. Please click the button below to request the Customer Service Record"...I clicked the button yesterday, but haven't received a reply. I tried using the information from when I purchased the number, but I keep getting a wrong zip code error. I opened ticket # 1225857. Not sure why I can't see the information in my account like I used to be able to.
