customer service only automated responses :( :"(
I have been trying to port out a number for over a month. Sent an email to customer service, received a response back it did not solve the issue. Since then just getting automated emails for my tickets.
My issue is still not resolved. NumberBarn keeps rejecting the PIN to port out the number. I have changed the pin as well, but still the same issue. In the first reply from customer service, numberbarn sent me the pin and said to try again, but never resolved why they are rejecting their own PIN.
Can someone please help me?

Hi Khanasad, thank you for alerting us to this. I'm chatting with our porting team to get some further help to you. For whatever reason the porting requests aren't making it from Tello to NumberBarn. There are at least a few different companies between us and Tello so we're working to figure out where the hang up is.
