Cannot get port out help! Very bad customer service!

I've been trying for 3 weeks to get help porting out a number, and zero results, with multiple tickets opened. port out is still getting a rejection. I cannot call anyone. Ported  thousands of numbers over the last 15 years, and this is very bad customer service.  

Now I have 2 Tickets 1226809 & 1204075 open. Would someone please help me with this port??
