    Hi davep, thank you for posting in our community. I agree that it took too long to get back to you. A member of our porting team responded and I'm also monitoring your ticket. We'll do a better job on this moving forward.

    I completely agree with the person above. Numbers are ported quickly if you port them on the same day you purchase them. If you miss that window, that’s it - you have to wait until they send an email. It’s extremely inconvenient. I’ve already been waiting for a week and have written everywhere, but no one is doing anything at all. Before the New Year it was faster; now the support is completely useless -they only reassure you and don’t do anything.
