    Hi Lei Dong, I see that our team was able to respond to you on Friday but here's the official response that was sent:

    We’ve been internally migrating phone numbers, and during this process, some were automatically marked as ported away when our system detected a carrier change. The good news is that these phone numbers were never actually ported out.
     
    Our developers have now confirmed that all impacted numbers have been reactivated.

    If you have any issues with your number at all, please let me know.
