Requesting Help with Failed Port Out
I am trying to get NumberBarn to respond to Spectrum, can I please have my ticket responded to?

Hi Cg, I just sent you a response to see if I can help. I think the key issue here is that you need to get AT&T to cancel the porting request before you can initiate a request with Spectrum. Since AT&T submitted the port request, they have to be the ones to cancel it.
From the following article:
"If you want to contact AT&T’s Porting Department directly, dial 888-898-7685 or 866-895-1097. We’ve had great luck working with them in the past."
