Port out rejected?? Unclear reasoning
Port out from Numberbarn to T-Mobile rejected. The ticket number is 1295443 for reference if someone can pick this up right away. I received an automated email last night from Numberbarn stating that the Acct # was incorrect, but the Acct # is 100% correct based on what was provided to me in the Port Out instructions for T-Mobile. T-Mobile Port Dept says that they received a message that the Pin is incorrect. Again, the Pin provided is exactly what Numberbarn provided me. Why the mixed messages??? Now T-Mobile is telling me that they spoke with Numberbarn and Numberbarn is saying that the number i purchased (for $350 by the way) isn't even in their system. I assume this means that Numberbarn is acting as a 3rd party in this transaction and that there is some disconnect between Numberbarn and the actual Seller of this number where the Acct and Pin#'s are not in line? So, can someone at Numberbarn please get to the bottom of this?? I have purchased and ported out at least 5 or 6 numbers from Numberbarn in the past, usually without issue. This issue is a huge problem for me though because i have not only spent the $350 on the new number, but also hundreds of dollars on Marketing and Advertising hinging on having this number active and ringing by the end of next week. The fact that Numberbarn doesn't have a customer service phone number or a live agent to communicate with is INSANE. I submitted a ticket yesterday and emailed the support@numberbarn email but the best response i've received is that I should hear back from someone in the next 1 to 2 business days??? Come on Numberbarn, you can do better than this for people paying hundreds of dollars for a phone number.
