To Resolve This Rejection
Log in to your NumberBarn account at https://www.numberbarn.com/login
Click on the "Port Out" tab under your phone number
That will show you the correct NumberBarn account information you need to provide your new carrier.
Please have your new carrier resubmit the request with the correct account information and the order will be automatically and immediately approved.
I provided the new carrier a screenshot of your port out information screen and they used exactly what you provided and yet you are refusing the port out. WHY??
