Can someone give me an update on the ticket ID listed in the title, please?
I've emailed support and while it hasn't been quite 24hrs with no response, I've read threads here of going days and days without a response. I'm looking to be proactive.

The port in carrier states numberbarn needs to release the phone number. Once that is done, they can move forward.
I've sent two follow up emails about this (yesterday and this morning) and no one from number barn is responding. I'm worried the port in carrier will cancel the request today (again) due to whatever issue has been happening between numberbarn and them.
I should not have to hold hands like this and I'm over it. If this gets canceled again, I'll do what I need to get a refund.
This number is for my daughters first phone and 9585 has meaning and why I'm even doing this in the first place.0 -
