Port out failed due to mismatched Zip Code
I tried to port the number out to red pocket, and it failed because of an incorrect zip code. I used the address under the port out tab. I have submitted a ticket 1344062. Could you help with the port out request? Thanks

Received. Though to the question in the email you sent, I didn’t cancel the port, but Red Pocket stated that you need to reauthorize the port out again.
