URGENT: 20+ Year Business Number (212-947-9792) Down – Losing Clients – No Response After 3 Days

I hope you'll forgive me for reaching out through the community, but I don't know where else to turn.
I have had my business number (212-947-9792) for more than 20 years. It is forwarded through NumberBarn to my T-Mobile mobile phone and has worked reliably (as far as I know) until this week.
My NumberBarn account is active and was recently renewed, but callers are now hearing a recorded announcement warning that my number is "likely a spam number" and advising them to hang up. After that, the calls do not forward to my mobile phone.
As you can imagine, this is devastating for a business built entirely on trust and long-term client relationships. Clients believe they are calling a scam number, and I am losing business every day this remains unresolved.
I have submitted multiple emails to support@numberbarn.com over the past three days but have not received a response or an update. Hiya has already confirmed that they are not the source of the spam label, so I believe this may require review by your engineering or carrier relations team.
Would you please help escalate my case? I would be grateful if someone could review the routing, STIR/SHAKEN authentication, CNAM, and carrier reputation for my number, or simply contact me so we can begin troubleshooting.
I have been very happy with NumberBarn's service, which is why I'm reaching out here. I truly appreciate any help you can provide in getting my business number working again.
