Phone isn’t receiving incoming calls

Our 765-74-KAYAK number cant receive calls. It’s set up to forward to my cell. I have all fraud and spam call blockers off. Today is 7/27/26, we havent been able to get a call since 7/17/26. Support hasn’t replied for 3 days now. Anyone know how to get the situation rectified??
