cannot access my account and support is not responsive

I cannot access my account. The emails to reset the password do not come through. No one responds to the service request tickets. And there is no number to call to get an actual human being on the line to help. I have already wasted several hours going in circles with this. Suggestions?

  Bloomalifeyoulove I just responded to your support ticket. It looks like you've just been using the wrong email address to try and log in. Hopefully that helps you get signed in.
