Charged but never received new phone number to port and did not receive any instructions either

Completed an order to port a new phone number. When I completed the order and put in my credit card number it was immediately charged and then an error popped up saying there was no items in the cart. I have not received any email or information in my email. I would like the product I purchased. My account is also not registering and will not allow me to log in either even if I reset password.
