If you are experiencing poor call quality on your inbound or outbound calls, we can help. Taking a step back, NumberBarn works with a variety of carriers to deliver the best possible call quality -- but sometimes carriers have issues and we need to re-route the calls.
If this issue persists please contact customer support and give us examples of 2-3 calls where this issue occurred. The information should include the following:
- Date and time of the call including the timezone
- The number that either called your NumberBarn number or the number you dialed
- A brief description of the specific issue that occurred on the call
We will work to troubleshoot the issue and improve your call quality.
