- Visit the NumberBarn Help Center.
- Select Submit a Request.
- Choose the request type that best matches your question.
- Provide as much information as possible.
- Submit your request.
- A support ticket will be created and routed to the appropriate team.
Support Hours
Customer Support is available:
Monday through Friday
6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time
Most requests receive a response within one business day, and often much sooner.
Requesting a Phone Call
Support is primarily provided through email and support tickets.
In some situations, a member of the team may schedule a phone call when additional assistance is needed.
If you would like to request a phone call, include:
- Your contact phone number
- Your time zone
- Preferred times to call
- A detailed description of your question or issue
