The NumberBarn Mobile App allows customers to access their NumberBarn phone numbers from a smartphone. Using the app, you can view calls, send and receive text messages, manage contacts, and listen to voicemail messages from a single place.
The mobile app works alongside your NumberBarn account, giving you access to many of the same features available through a web browser while adding mobile-specific functionality such as push notifications and mobile calling.

π Things to Know
Mobile App vs Web Browser
Some features are available in both the mobile app and web browser, while others are optimized for mobile use.
For example:
- Text messages can be viewed in both locations.
- Text message conversations are best managed through the mobile app.
- Push notifications are only available through the mobile app.
- Calls, voicemail, and contacts can be accessed from either platform.
Supported Plans
The mobile app is available to NumberBarn customers with supported services and plans. The features available to you will depend on:
- Your selected plan
- The phone number being used
- Whether optional features such as Text Messaging are activated
One Mobile App Experience
The current NumberBarn Mobile App is the supported application for accessing your NumberBarn services on mobile devices.
Customers should ensure they are using the latest version available through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Internet Connection Required
The mobile app requires an internet connection to:
- Sync calls
- View voicemail
- Access messages
- Update account information
Mobile data or WiFi may be used.
NumberBarn Classic App
The current NumberBarn Mobile App is the supported mobile application for NumberBarn services.
A previous application, now called NumberBarn Classic, was replaced by the current Mobile App in 2022. While some customers may still have the Classic App installed and signed in on their device, it is no longer supported and can no longer be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Customers still using the Classic App are encouraged to download and use the current Mobile App instead.
