💡 What is it?
The Voicemail tab in the Mobile App provides access to voicemail messages received by your NumberBarn phone numbers.
Voicemail messages can be reviewed, played, organized, and managed from a single inbox. The Voicemail tab also includes tools for filtering messages by phone number, marking messages as read, and deleting voicemail messages.
Voicemail settings, greetings, and notifications are managed through your NumberBarn account.
⚙️ How it works
View Voicemail Messages
The Voicemail tab displays voicemail messages associated with your NumberBarn phone numbers.
Each voicemail entry includes:
- Caller name (if available)
- Caller phone number
- Associated NumberBarn phone number
- Date and time received
- Message duration
- Read or unread status
Voicemail messages are displayed with the most recent activity first.
Listen to Voicemail Messages
Selecting a voicemail message opens the voicemail details and playback screen.
Available voicemail information may include:
- Caller information
- Message duration
- Date and time received
- Voicemail transcription (when available)
- Audio playback controls

Filter by Phone Number
The Voicemail tab includes a phone number filter that displays messages associated with a specific NumberBarn phone number.
Available options include:
- All Numbers
- Individual phone numbers assigned to the account
This makes it easier to review voicemail activity for a specific phone number.
Manage Voicemail Messages
The Voicemail tab includes tools for organizing voicemail messages.
Available actions include:
- Selecting multiple voicemail messages
- Marking voicemail messages as read
- Deleting voicemail messages
Multiple voicemail messages can be managed at the same time.

Access Multiple Phone Numbers
Voicemail messages for multiple NumberBarn phone numbers can be viewed from a single voicemail inbox.
The phone number associated with each voicemail message is displayed within the voicemail record.

Voicemail Transcriptions May Be Available
Voicemail messages may include an automatically generated transcription.
Transcriptions are provided as a convenience and may not be completely accurate due to factors such as audio quality, background noise, speaker clarity, or connection quality.

Multiple Numbers Supported
The Voicemail tab supports voicemail messages from multiple NumberBarn phone numbers within the same account.
Use the phone number filter to review messages for a specific number.
Mobile App and Web Browser Access
Voicemail messages can be accessed from both the Mobile App and your NumberBarn account through a web browser.

Read Status Is Shared Across Devices
Voicemail read and unread status is associated with your account.
Changes made in the Mobile App may also be reflected when viewing voicemail messages through a web browser.
