1. An active phone number on the Forward, Unlimited, or Business Line service plan
   1. Forward or Unlimited Call Forwarding 
   2. Business Line 
   3. Park + Voicemail

What is Voicemail to Email used for?

• Receive a copy of each voicemail message by email, delivered as an audio file to up to two addresses. When Voicemail Transcription is also on, the transcript is included in the same email.

📋 Steps

Enable Voicemail Email Notifications

1	Login to your account
2	Select Numbers tab
3	Click on the phone number you want to edit
4	Click the Voicemail tab
5	Click the Voicemail to Email toggle to turn it ON or OFF
	(5a) When ON, enter up to two email addresses under Email all messages to. The first address defaults to the account email and can be edited.
6	Click the Save Changes button
