What is Voicemail used for on the Park Plan?

Add voicemail to a parked number so callers can leave you a message, with transcription and voicemail to email included, for $2/mo added to your Park plan.

📋 Steps 

Add Voicemail from the Calls Tab

1	Login to your account
2	Select Numbers
3	Click on the phone number you want to edit
4	Click on the Calls tab.  Click the Add voicemail, $2/mo button.
5	Click the Change My Plan button to confirm

✅ What's Next

• Your number now shows as Park + Voicemail on your Numbers list, with pricing prorated for the rest of your billing cycle.
• Go to the Voicemail tab to set your greeting.

• To turn transcription on or off, ▶️ See Manage Voicemail Transcriptions ⚙️ 

• To receive voicemail by email, ▶️ See Manage Voicemail to Email ⚙️

  • To switch back to Park at any time, use the same Change Plan flow described above.
