What are Service Plans used for?

• Every phone number in a NumberBarn account must have a service plan
  • See https://www.numberbarn.com/pricing for the current plan options and pricing
• Service plans can be changed at any time and will take effect immediately
  • Pro-rated pricing will be reflected on your billing page

📋 Steps

Change Plan

1	Login to your account
2	Select Numbers
3	Click on the phone number you want to edit
4	Click Options from the number menu
5	Click Change Plan link to open pop-up window
6	Click dropdown list to see plan options
7	Click on the plan from the dropdown list
8	Click Change My Plan to save the new option

View Plan Change

1	Select Numbers from the top menu bar
2	See updated plan name and pricing
3	Select Account & Billing from dropdown list
4	Click Show next to Recurring Charges
5	See New plan charge and Prorated Refund for previous plan charge
