What Is Telephone Number Inventory Used For?

If you have 10 or more telephone numbers, you can download a spreadsheet of your entire number inventory. This is useful for managing numbers and quickly accessing porting information for all of them at once.

📋 Steps

Download the Inventory List

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click Numbers.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click Download Telephone Number Inventory.

2	Select Numbers
3	Scroll to the bottom of the page
4	Click on the Download Telephone Number Inventory button
5	A .csv file will download on your computer to be opened

✅ What's Next

Your browser downloads a CSV file, which you can open with programs such as Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, or Google Sheets.

The file includes these fields:

• Telephone number
• Nickname
• Account number
• PIN
• City and State of the number's Rate Center
• Transfer lock, enabled or disabled

Depending on the underlying carrier a number is with, its account number, PIN, and transfer lock status may not appear in the file.
