What are Voicemail Transcriptions used for?
- Quickly read your voicemail messages with the Voicemail Transcription feature, included across all plans with voicemail and an active number.
- Transcripts make their best attempt to transcribe the voicemail message,

From Account Call Logs

From Mobile App
| 1 | Open NumberBarn App on your device | ||
| 2 | Click on Voicemail from menu | ||
| 3 | Click the new voicemail message and a pop-up shows | ||

From Email
- You can view voicemail transcriptions in your email when your voicemail notifications are enabled. You can also listen to and download the voicemail recording directly from your email.
- Learn more about enabling voicemail notifications.
Basic Troubleshooting
- Speech-to-text transcription may make mistakes, so when in doubt, it's always good to listen to the audio recording directly.
- You may not receive any transcription text if the sound quality of the voicemail is unclear or inconsistent.
- If you're not receiving any transcriptions, first check to see if your transcriptions are enabled within your account. Once enabled, you may need to refresh the app or your browser. If you are still not receiving voicemail transcriptions, please contact NumberBarn Support for further help.
Disable Voicemail Transcripts
