What are Voicemail Transcriptions used for?

In addition to listening, we also transcribe your voicemails into text for those who would rather read.

📋 Steps

From Account Call Logs

1	Login to your account
2	Select Call Logs
3	Click VM icon with bluye outline to listen to unplayed voicemail meesages
4	Read voicemail transcription from the pop-up window

From Mobile App

1	Open NumberBarn App on your device
2	Click on Voicemail from menu
3	Click the new voicemail message and a pop-up shows
4	See voicemail transcript at bottm of the screen

From Email

Currently voicemail transcriptions are not viewable in email. For email we only send a copy of the recording.
