What you will need:

1. An active phone number on the Forward, Unlimited, or Business Line service plan
   • See Change Service Plan 🛠️
2. Voicemail is enabled on the phone number
   • See Configure Voicemail 🛠️

What are Voicemail Notifications used for?

• Get notified of a received voicemail message via email or in the mobile app

📋 Steps

Enable Voicemail Email Notifications

1	Login to your account
2	Select Numbers tab
3	Click on the phone number you want to edit
4	Click Messages tabe under the phone number
5	Click toggle button to change Email my message to "ON"
6	Enter email address (up to 2) to receive email notifications. First address will default to account email, but can be editied.
7	Click Save Changes button

• Save voicemail@numberbarn.com in your email client to prevent voicemail notification emails from going to the spam/junk folder
