💡 What is it?

The Calls tab in the NumberBarn Mobile App allows you to view and manage call activity for your NumberBarn phone numbers.

Use the Calls tab to review incoming and outgoing calls, filter activity by number, view call details, and manage call records from your mobile device.

⚙️ How it works 

View Call Activity

The Calls tab displays recent call activity associated with your NumberBarn phone numbers.

Each call record includes information such as ⤵️

Contact name (if available) Phone number Assigned NumberBarn number Date and time of the call Call duration Call direction Calls are displayed with the most recent activity first.

Filter Calls

Use the Call Type filter icon to view specific types of call activity.

By Call Type		By Phone Number
Use the Call Type filter to view specific types of call activity. Available filters include: All Types Inbound Outbound This can be useful when reviewing missed customer calls or locating recent outbound activity. ▶️ See Filter Calls in Mobile App ⚙️		If your account contains multiple phone numbers, you can filter call activity by a specific NumberBarn number. Available options include: All Numbers Individual phone numbers assigned to your account This allows you to quickly review call activity for a specific phone number without viewing activity from your entire account. ▶️  See Filter Calls in Mobile App ⚙️

Additional filtering and reporting options are available through your NumberBarn account in a web browser.

View Call Details

Select a call record to view additional information about that call.

Depending on the call type, details may include ⤵️

Contact information Phone number Call date and time Call duration Call direction

Delete Call Records

The Calls tab lets you remove call records from your call history.

• Multiple call records can be selected and deleted at the same time.
• Deleting a call record removes it from your mobile app call history.

Calls Are Associated with Your NumberBarn Account

The Calls tab displays activity associated with your NumberBarn phone numbers, not necessarily all calls made from your mobile device.

Mobile App vs Web Browser

The Calls tab is designed for quickly reviewing recent activity while on the go.

For advanced reporting, call detail records (CDRs), usage reporting, downloads, and additional filtering options, use the Call Logs section in your NumberBarn account through a web browser.
