What you will need:
- Two or more NumberBarn accounts associated with the same email address
- Access to your NumberBarn account through a web browser or Mobile App
What is account switching used for?
Account switching allows you to move between multiple NumberBarn accounts without signing out and back in.
This is commonly used when:
- Multiple accounts exist under the same email address, this is for those who have previous NumberGarage accounts, which are now Business Line accounts
π Steps
Switch Accounts in a Web Browser
| 1 | Login to your account | ||
| 2 | Click on the Account tab int he upper right corner. | ||
| 3 | Click on Switch Account. | ||
| 4 | Choose the account you want to access. |
Switch Accounts in Mobile App
| 1 | Open the Mobile App and log in to your account. | ||
| 2 | Open the Menu. | ||
| 3 | Select Switch Account. | ||
| 4 | Choose the account you want to access. | ||
| 5 | Tap the Save icon. |
β‘οΈ The Mobile App will refresh and display the selected account. |
β What's Next
- You can now access and manage services associated with the selected account.

That feature is not there in mobile
Hi David, you need to have both a NumberBarn and NumberGarage account with the same email address. For mobile be sure to take a look at this article: https://help.numberbarn.com/hc/en-us/articles/18409458563735
