Why Forward Calls to a User?
Calls can be forwarded to a specific user on your NumberBarn account. This action will send all calls to that phone number to only the chosen user, and calls will route based on the user's call setting configuration.
📋 Steps
Send Calls to A User
| 1 | Login to your account | ||
| 2 | Select Numbers | ||
| 3 | Click on the number you wish to edit | ||
| 4 | Click the dropdown next to Send all calls to a User | ||
| 5 | Select the User you wish to forward call to | ||
| 6 | Click Save Changes |
Configure User Call Forwarding Settings
| 1 | Login to your account | ||
| 2 | Select Account icon from navigation bar | ||
| 3 | Select Users from the dropdown menu | ||
| 4 | Click on the User you want to edit | ||
| 5 | Scroll down to Call Settings to edit forwarding settings | ||

Choose Send all calls to an option from the dropdown menu

✅ What's Next
All calls to the selected number will now route through the User's settings, which an Admin user or the User themselves can update at any time from within their account control panel.
