Your credit card entered during sign-up is kept on file and used to auto-pay your monthly bill.
No need to log in and pay!
You can update your credit card at any time from within your account.
To update your card:
- Log in to your account
- Click the Account top main menu item
- Find the Payment Method section
- Click the Update/Add Card button
- Save your changes
Need to pay your bill sooner?
If your account has a balance due or is inactive due to an overdue balance, we offer a couple of options to pay your bill immediately.
Click Numbers and then Pay Now
The first option in your account is to click Numbers and then click Pay Now . You will be immediately prompted to pay the balance on your account.
Click Account and then Pay Now
The second option in your account is to click Account and then scroll to the bottom of the page to click the Pay Now button to make a payment.
Once you click Pay Now, you have the option to click a button that looks like this and your credit card on file will be charged. Or you will see a button that looks like this
where you can change your credit card on file. If you don't have a credit card on file, you will be prompted to add one.
