You are looking to cancel your account and we can help.
To close your account, you need to delete the service for your number and you will no longer be responsible for payment of that number. This can be done either by deleting a number or porting it away.
When a phone number ports away from NumberBarn or NumberGarage, your billing on that number will stop.
If you port out all numbers from your account, your account is no longer billed.
Deleting all numbers in your account will remove all active services in your account.
To delete a number:
- Login to your account
- Select Numbers
- Select on your number
- Select the Options tab
- Select Cancel/Delete
To close an account
Should you want to completely delete your account and remove your email address and/or credit card from our system, do the following:
- Login to your account
- Click Account
- Click Profile
- Click the button
- If you have active telephone numbers or orders on your account, you will need to remove those first.
Once your account is closed, all payment information will be removed from the account and you will no longer have access to any messages or voicemails.
