A port-out request can only be canceled by contacting the new provider to cancel the request. We cannot cancel a port-out request for you.
For example, if you are porting your number away from NumberBarn to Tomato Wireless, you, the account holder, must contact Tomato Wireless, to cancel the port request.
Please contact the provider with which you initiated the new request and ask that they cancel it for you.
Once the port request completes, you can always initiate a porting request back to NumberBarn. The following article will guide you through the port in request:
