A port out request for a number currently residing with NumberBarn to a new service provider can be cancelled by the account holder and the provider to which you are porting to.
For example, if you are porting your number away from NumberBarn to Tomato Wireless, you, the account holder, must contact Tomato Wireless, to cancel the port request.
NumberBarn cannot cancel a port out request for you.
Please contact the provider with which you initiated the new request and ask that they cancel it for you.
