As of September 2021, we've received several reports of server errors from customers while accessing their accounts. While these are concerning, we've found that in most cases, they are still able to complete the desired action.

If you encounter an error, please contact customer support and be sure to include the following information:
- What was the exact error you received? Feel free to send us a screenshot if possible.
- What were you trying to do when you received the error?
- Were you able to complete the desired behavior or did the error prevent you from doing so?
- Did the error still occur after you refreshed your browser and then attempted the action again?
