How do I delete text messages?

Deleting a text or SMS message is simple within your NumberBarn account -- whether you're in the account control panel or in the NumberBarn mobile application. Here's how:

• Log in to your account
• Click Messages
• Next to each conversation click this icon  
• Select Delete Conversation and then click Confirm Delete

Please note that this will delete the entire conversation with a particular number, including the individual messages within that conversation. Once a conversation is deleted, it cannot be restored. To learn more about message retention policies, check out the following article:

Can I delete text messages in bulk?

We don't currently have a tool to delete your text messages in bulk or clear your inbox but our customer support team can help. Be sure to let us know the telephone number and the date range of messages you would like deleted.
