💡 What is it
Broker Performance is a summary of your phone number sales, payouts, and offer results, shown on your Account Dashboard. It answers the question, "How am I doing?"
Broker Performance is the only place in your NumberBarn account that adds up your broker activity into totals, averages, rates, and monthly trends. It is read only. The detailed records behind each number live on the Broker Dashboard in the Sell tab, where you manage listings, offers, and payouts.
⚙️ How it works
Where to Find It
- Select Dashboard in your account navigation.
- Scroll to Broker Performance, below What's New.
Select the Broker Performance header to collapse or expand the section.
Date Range
Choose a range at the top right of Broker Performance. Every tile and chart updates to match.

| 30d, 60d, 90d | Activity from the start of the day 30, 60, or 90 days ago through right now. |
| Lifetime | All broker activity on your account. |
| Custom | Activity from the start date through the end date. Both days are included in full. |
- 30d is selected the first time you open Broker Performance. After that, the dashboard remembers the range you last chose.
- With Custom, leave the end date blank to include everything from the start date through today. Leave the start date blank to include everything up to the end date.
- If the end date is before the start date, the tiles show zeros.
Sales and Payout Tiles

Sales Trends
Select Show sales trends & monthly performance below the tiles to open the charts. Select Hide sales trends & monthly performance to close them.
The Sales chart shows sales and cancellations for each month in the range.
- A cancellation appears in the month it was cancelled, not the month of the original sale.
- The current month is labeled "(In progress)" and keeps growing as new sales come in.
- When a range starts or ends partway through a month, that month is labeled "(Partial month)."
Negotiations
Negotiations shows how the offers on your listed numbers turned out. Offers count toward the range based on the date the buyer made the offer.

📌 Things to Know
Number Sales Only
Broker Performance counts phone number sales. It does not include bundle sales, license fees, Embedded Search commissions, or affiliate earnings. To see every type of earning, go to the Earnings tab and select Show All.
Dates Use UTC
Day boundaries in Broker Performance use Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), not your local time. For example, a sale made at 6:00 PM Pacific time is counted on the next day in UTC. Near the edges of a date range, a sale or offer may appear one day earlier or later than you expect.
Each Section Uses Its Own Date
- Sales and payout tiles count each sale by the date it was recorded. A cancellation counts on the date it was cancelled.
- Median Time on Market counts each sale by its sale date.
- Negotiations count each offer by the date the buyer made it.
A sale that came from an offer made last month can appear in this month's Sales chart and last month's Negotiations chart.
Time on Market for Older Sales
Sales made before September 2024 are not included in Median Time on Market. When your account has sales from before then, the tile shows an info icon with the note, "Sales made before September 2024 do not contribute to this stat."
Who Sees Broker Performance
Broker Performance appears for Admin users on accounts enrolled in the Brokerage Program. Admin users on accounts that are not enrolled see the Start Selling TNs Today panel instead. ▶️ See Enroll as a Broker ⚙️
Make Changes on the Broker Dashboard
Broker Performance is read only. To change a listing, respond to an offer, or request a payout, go to the Sell tab. ▶️ See Broker Dashboard Overview 📖
