CenturyLink may delay submitting the port until their scheduled install date, which often causes problems. Ask CenturyLink to submit the port right away and list the "install date" as the requested port date or FOC (Firm Order Commitment). As long as they submit in advance and have approval, they can port on the scheduled install date. |
Since CenturyLink is a landline service, there are restrictions on which numbers work for a given service address. The number must reside in the same rate center as the service address. โก๏ธ Have Lumen verify that your NumberBarn number is supported at your service location before submitting the port request. |

| โก๏ธ Contact the Lumen Porting Team directly and confirm that all fields from Port Away Credentials ๐ AND the list above are submitted with the Port Request. |
