Port out continues to be rejected after disabling Transfer Lock
Hi,
I have a number I'm trying to port out which is failing due to "TN is locked due to customer request". I initially enabled transfer lock on the number not realizing the documentation says it can take up to 24 hours to be removed (as mentioned here: https://help.numberbarn.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022501053-How-to-enable-a-transfer-lock-on-your-numbers). I've now waited over 36 hours since disabling transfer lock and the port request continues to fail. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Hi andrew703, thank you for alerting us to this. In looking at your case, it seems like there may be a bug at work with transfer lock removal and port outs. In all honesty I wouldn't think there should be any delay but will report back for the community once we resolve this.
