Not receiving 2fa texts

I'm receiving some texts, but missing a lot, especially two factor authentication texts. I saw https://help.numberbarn.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/36048497035415, so I might be in a similar situation (if so I'm interested in a similar solution)

  Hi Oliver A Ullman, thank you for posting. Yes this is the same as that other forum post. I created a ticket for you and we'll let you know when we've migrated your texting to another carrier that allows you to receive short code text messages.
