If you try to put in an address that isn't formatted in a way our system can read, you may get an error that says, "Service Address doesn't look right." When you create a new port in request, our system looks over the information you provide to try to spot any potential rejections before they can happen.
Here are our top tips for resolving this error:
- Make sure that your street number is at the beginning of the street address.
- Remove your apartment or unit number from the end of your street address.
- Remove any spaces or dashes from your ZIP code.
