But instead of taking your money, our website keeps giving you an annoying little message that says, "An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again or contact support if the problem continues. Request: CREATE /baskets/items"
Fortunately, there's an easy solution:
- Open up Google Chrome and clear your cache and cookies in Settings. Close the browser and reopen it. Then log into your account and change your Credit Card information.
- Open up Google Chrome in incognito mode. To do so from Chrome just click File and then New Incognito Window. Log into your account and check out with your new number, or find your number again in our marketplace (It may take up to 30 minutes to reappear after leaving your cart.) and check out.
