In some cases, you may have both an active NumberBarn and NumberGarage account under the same email address -- possibly as a result of a recent upgrade. When you sign in to the NumberBarn or NumberGarage mobile application our system may sign you into one or the other account, potentially requiring you to switch to the other one. Here's how to switch accounts:
- Open the mobile application
- Click the menu icon in the upper left corner
- Tap Switch Account to select your other account
- Click the White Disk Icon, in the upper right corner, to save changes
You may notice that the accounts have the same name. From within your account profile, you can edit your business name to give your NumberGarage and NumberBarn accounts their own unique nickname or indicator so you know the difference between the different accounts. If you don't have a business name listed our system will instead display your first and last name.
Note: We recognize that this is a bit tricky and are currently working to improve this experience.

Note: This primarily works if you've switched from NumberBarn to NumberGarage or vice versa. If you are interested in connecting two different accounts to switch back and forth in the mobile application, please contact customer support and we can assist you further.
