What is Call Whisper used for?
A "Call Whisper" message is a custom message you will also hear before accepting the call.
For example, if you enter "Business Call," you will hear that greeting and be required to then press 1 to accept the call.

✅ What's Next
- All calls sent to a group will play the custom message when your agent answers the call.
- Before the call connects, the prompt will play, letting them know which phone line is calling and how to respond to the message.
- To accept the call, they can press 1 or hang up to send the call to another member of the group.
