🔍 Before You Begin
What you will need:
- An active NumberBarn account
- Unique email address for new Team User
What are Team Users for?
- Team users are additional users on an account who have access to the assigned phone numbers.
- Team Users have two access options: Admin or Basic
📋 Steps
Add New User
| 1 | Login to your account | ||
| 2 | Select Account icon from navigation bar | ||
| 3 | Select Users from the dropdown menu | ||
| 4 | Click the Add New User button near the top right | ||
| 5 | "Add New User" pop-up will appear to edit | ||
| 6 | Add Name for new team user | ||
| 7 | Add Role for new team user | ||
| 8 | Choose & click the box next to the list of number(s) in your account to assign to the specific team user | ||
| 9 | Configure Call Settings | ||
| 10 | Click green Add User button |
- User will be added at this time before an email address needs to be entered, all settings can be changed or updated in the next window in your account control panel
Invite User
| 1 | On User Page: Click on User to edit | ||
| 2 | Click blue Invite a User button | ||
| 3 |
Enter Email address

| 4 | Click Send button |
✅ What's Next
User Accepts Invitation
- The new team user will receive an email from support@numberbarn.com
- They have 48 hours to accept the invitation
- If the invitation expires, you can go back to the User's management page and click Re-send Invitation

Manage User Role & Access
- Receive a confirmation email that the User accepted your invitation
- Access user settings and permissions from within your NumberBarn account
- Click on the "Accounts" tab and then click on "Users"
- From this menu, you have access to all Users and their access
