What you will need:
- More than 1 user on your account
- Have admin user access on the NumberBarn account
Why Assign a Phone Number to a User?
- Give your team members access to receive calls, place calls, and manage voicemail and text
- You can choose which phone number(s) in your account each User can have access to
- Assigning a phone number will give the user access to manage and use that phone number for making and receiving calls, voicemails, and text messages
๐ Steps
| 1 | Login to your account | ||
| 2 | Select Account icon from navigation bar | ||
| 3 | Select Users from the dropdown menu | ||
| 4 | Click on the User you want to edit | ||
| 5 | Check the box next to the phone number(s) you want to assign the User | ||
| 6 | Click Save |
โ What's Next
Team user will now have access to the Messages and Call Logs section of your account and show only the messages and calls to their assigned phone number(s).
