    💡 What is it

    The dialer allows you to make outbound calls from any active NumberBarn phone number on a Forward, Unlimited, or Business Line plan.

    Outbound calls can be made from your NumberBarn phone number using the Dialer. No matter what device you use to place the call, the incoming caller ID will display your NumberBarn phone number on the device of the receiving party.

    Choose which phone number in your NumberBarn account the outbound call is placed from.

    ⚙️ How it works

    All outbound calls are made using the NumberBarn Dialer. There are several ways to use the Dialer when accessing your account via a browser or the mobile application.

    Call Back Method

    • Allows for outbound calls from a NumberBarn number to be made physically on any other active device (i.e., a cell phone, landline phone, public phone). A callback number is entered into the account. Our system will call your phone (entered in the settings), answer, and connect your call to the number you dialed.

    Computer/VoIP Method

    • Allows for outbound calls from a NumberBarn number to be made from a computer while logged into your NumberBarn account. As long as you have an internet connection, a call from a NumberBarn number can be placed, no matter where in the world you are currently located. 

    📌 Things to Know

    • The person you've called sees your NumberBarn phone number as your caller ID and not the device you may be using to make the phone call

    International Outbound Calling

    • You can make outbound calls to international phone numbers. Additional per-minute rates will apply.
    • You can enter an international number as your callback number, and you will be charged according to the international rates. Keep in mind that if you call FROM an international number TO another international number, you will be charged international rates for both legs of that call. 
      • On a Web Browser: Enter "+" or "0", followed by the international number and the call should connect.
      • On the Mobile App: Simply dial the number you wish to call, no need for "+" to be dialed first
