1. An active phone number in your NumberBarn account on the Forward, Unlimited, or Business Line plan

What are outbound calls used for?

Making outbound phone calls from your NumberBarn phone number is one way to make the most of your service plan. Calls will all start using the Dialer in your NumberBarn account. Once the Dialer is open, there are two ways to make an outbound call: Call Back Mode and VoIP Mode

📋 Steps

Open Dialer 

1	Login to your account
2	Select Dialer
3	Choose the NumberBarn number to place a call from in the dropdown list
4	Choose calling Mode: See icon in the upper righ-hand corner

Use Call Back Mode

1	Click on Calling Mode icon or Gear icon to select callback
2	Click on Call Back mode from pop-up Dialer Settings
3	Enter phone number of device to make an outbound call from
4	Click Save Settings button
5	Enter phone number you want to call.  Use key pad, type in,  copy/paste, or Contacts icon
6	Click Call button to place phone call
7	Answer the call on your call back device
8	Once the call is answered, the line will ring your outbound call phone number and you can use your device to complete the call

Use VoIP Mode

1	Click on Calling Mode icon or Gear icon to select callback
2	Click on VoIP mode from pop-up Dialer Settings
3	Click Save Settings button
4	Enter phone number you want to call.  Use key pad, type in,  copy/paste, or Contacts icon
5	Click Call button to place phone call
6	Outbound call will be placed over device using an internet connection
7	Complete the call on the Dialer page Allow access to the microphone Use the Microphone icon to mute yourself  Click End button to terminate phone call

✅ What's Next

• Use the device you used call back mode on to complete your phone call, the phone you called will only see your NumberBarn phone number
• Use the Dialer on a web browser to complete a call directly from your NumberBarn phone number
