- An active phone number in your NumberBarn account on the Forward, Unlimited, or Business Line plan
What is Incoming Caller ID used for?
- To distinguish calls from different forwarding phone numbers

Show me the caller's number:
- Your forwarding number will display the 10-digit phone number of the phone number placing an incoming call to your NumberBarn phone number

Show me the called number:
- Your forwarding number will display the 10-digit NumberBarn number (in this above case, (408) 809-0562.
- If you select this setting, keep in mind that (408) 809-0562 will display in the caller ID on your phone. If you're forwarding to a mobile phone and would rather see your business name displayed, you can add your number as a contact on your mobile phone and enter your business name in the company name field. Then when people call, you will see your business name listed and can answer the call accordingly.
