What is Incoming Caller ID used for?

• To distinguish calls from different forwarding phone numbers

📋 Steps

1	Login to your account
2	Select Numbers
3	Click on the phone number you want to edit
4	Click the circle of the caller ID option you want to use Shoe me caller's number Show me the called number
5	Click Save Changes

✅ What's Next

• Show me the caller's number:
  • Your forwarding number will display the 10-digit phone number of the phone number placing an incoming call to your NumberBarn phone number
• Show me the called number:
  • Your forwarding number will display the 10-digit NumberBarn number (in this above case, (408) 809-0562. 
  • If you select this setting, keep in mind that (408) 809-0562 will display in the caller ID on your phone. If you're forwarding to a mobile phone and would rather see your business name displayed, you can add your number as a contact on your mobile phone and enter your business name in the company name field. Then when people call, you will see your business name listed and can answer the call accordingly.
