The FOC is the day on which your number should port in from your previous carrier. If you're leaving the country and want to make sure your phone stays active with your current provider until your flight takes off, scheduling your port-in is the best way to do it!

If you would like to schedule a port request on a specific date, please do not submit your port using the call/text option as this will not allow us to schedule your port.

The scheduling process requires a manual update in our system.
Note:
- We cannot guarantee your desired due date approval.
- The due date must be scheduled at least 5-10 business days in advance.
- The maximum date in the future is 30 calendar days.
- Be sure to send us a copy of bill dated in the last 30 days and a signed letter of authorization. Click here to find a blank letter of authorization.
We will do our best to schedule your port and in the event we are unable to do so, we will let you know.
